Methods of payment include cash, check, or credit card. We accept a variety of insurances. Session fees will be discussed during your initial consultation.
Upon request, a receipt or superbill can be provided to be filed for reimbursement from an out-of-network insurance provider. Be sure to check your out-of-network mental health coverage with your insurance provider. If your insurance is out of network and/or you are paying private pay rates, you will receive a “Good Faith Estimate” ahead of your services, which is in compliance with the “No Surprises Act,” which takes effect in 2022.
Limited sliding-scale available for people with financial need.
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a session. If no proper notice is given, the client is responsible for paying full-fee for the session.
